As a certified Laughter Yoga Master Trainer, Liliana developed her unique program “Laughing for Healthy Living”, and teaches clients how to use laughter as a form of exercise to reduce stress and cultivate overall health. Her energetic teaching style is influenced by her 20 year experience as fitness trainer in the field of health & wellness. Through personal experience, she understood that health is not only in body, but also in mind. With science confirming the findings, Laughter reduces stress and its harmful effects.
